I just watched your electrical video and I couldn't see exactly, but it looks like your Temu battery has a max output of 120A which is a max theoretical output of 1440W, the reality is likely much less because of the losses in the inverter and voltage drop. As Beerbellybill99 says, this is your bottleneck. You can either add a second matching battery, just be careful to charge them each properly before connecting them together and make sure they are the same batteries, this should double the max output for your inverter to handle the full 2000W. Or get a single larger battery just make sure the output is 200A or more. Hope this helps, I have really enjoyed your coverage of the Peak district!

We've really enjoyed watching your Peak District adventures, we absolutely love that area too 🥰. Yes, a wild camp would be cool to watch, we've wild camped up on Kinder Scout - you could camp up there if you don't mind the hike up with all your gear. Our favourite view point has to be Win Hill, we would highly recommend that for a hike 👌. Thankyou for taking us along on your adventures 😊.

Great blog ❤️ peak District 🫶

Yeah, wild camping videos will be great 👍

Guys your steering wheel cover is a bit Naf. I had the same one. You can do better. Thanks for the vloggs.

The 2000w Renogy should easily be able to cope with that air fryer. I have the same one in the my van. Are your cables between your battery and the inverter man enough for the power, if not you won't get enough amperage to the inverter and it will throw a low voltage alarm, ie a beep and can shut down. If your cables are up to spec then you could have a poor connection. Check all your lugs are properly crimped   and all connections are tight to be able to cope with high current draw.
I am assuming that you have chosen a battery with a BMS of 200ah, otherwise if it's only 100ah BMS then this will be your issue. If so then you won't be able to use the inverters full capacity and your limit would be around 1300w. You can get air fryers, induction hobs toasters that are around 1000w. Your water boiler will be probably around 800w.
I have a 200ah BMS on my battery and it runs the Inverter to max 2000w.
I trust this helps explain.
I love your vlogs, so much so I have now upgraded my camper, and bought the obligatory folding bike, paddle board, snorkel and Neo2 drone. All prepared for travels!!

First!
