Not every bike rack is rated for use behind an RV, and that becomes even more important when you’re carrying two heavy e-bikes.
We wanted a bike rack that was heavy duty, RV rated, easy to use, and something we could trust carrying our e-bikes thousands of miles behind our Brinkley Z2700.
After looking at the options, we chose the 1UP Super Duty.
In this video, we show you our complete RV e-bike setup, how we install the rack, how easy it is to load and secure the bikes, and what it’s actually been like traveling with it. We’ll also cover what we like, what we don’t, and one thing we didn’t fully appreciate until after we bought it.
If you travel with e-bikes, or you're trying to figure out the best way to carry bikes behind a travel trailer or fifth wheel, hopefully our experience helps.
We’re Dennis and Mendy, and this is MileMarker 40.
We’re not full-time RVers. We’re just trying to make the most of the time we have - traveling in our Brinkley, exploring new places, and sharing the things we experience along the way.
If that sounds like your kind of RVing, subscribe and come along with us.
Thanks for watching, and we’ll see you down the road.
