We’re working on something a little different today — a John Deere 323E skid steer with leaking final drive seals on both sides. One side was leaking badly, the other just starting… and when we drained it, there was almost no oil left.

In this video, we:
1. Pull the tracks and tear into the final drives
2. Inspect the planetaries, bearings, and seals
3. Show how close this machine was to catastrophic failure
4. Compare dealer repair cost vs aftermarket parts
5. Reassemble, refill, and get it back to work
