#1 - Your responsibilities suddenly disappear.
#2 - Your given impossible or vague expectations.
#3 - Increased micromanagement.
#4 - You're excluded from growth opportunities.
#5 - Hostility disguised as professionalism.
#6 - HR suddenly becomes concerned about you.
#7 - You are encouraged to quit indirectly.
If you suspect that efforts to quiet you are in progress..
#1 - Do not quit emotionally.
#2 - Make sure you document everything... yes, EVERYTHING.
#3 - Ask for clarification in WRITING.
#4 - You should consider whether legal issues are in play.
#5 - Quietly prepare your exit, but do it on your own terms. (update your resume, network disretely, consult an employment attorney, etc)
