The series was filmed about 2002, and screened on TV soon after that.
There is a third part, I will upload it soon.

This doc is 10 years old at least but everything seems identical to Cardiff prison.

this is mind blowing. this jail looks like a fucking high school. the inmates are SMILING AND LAUGHING. it's so quiet!!  any episode of the american show "Lockup" makes gloucester prison look like a kindergarten  o.0   i'd definitely rather do time in england.

Trust me there is only 1 thing worse than a singing screw first thing on a morning, an that's when they come round in the night shine a torch in ya face to check your still there

The golden era whens screws cared, since HMP has been privatised and pension changes, screws arnt paid enough to care anymore. Its a jungle nowadays

the guards are even polite and fair in prision... geez...  hate to see what these blocks are experiancing over there now with the refufees...
