I have been dating a Colombian woman for 2 years. She never asked for money, but I did send her 200-300$ a few times during these 2 years. We were talking about having a child together and I asked her: “ how much she would need to be financially comfortable with our child in Colombia, while I’m in the west working my last 5 years”. Mind you I am 5 years away from retirement. She said she needed 1500$ a month + 640$ monthly for emergency + 3000$ annually for her expenses. She is an engineer and makes 600$/month in Cartagena. I dumped her on the spot. All those requests surprised me. I know she would never ask those request to a local. She knows I have 💰 and just like women in the west, foreign women will try to finesse. For your situational awareness, I’m 35 5’10  in shape.

They find out how much you will send. Then ask for that amount each month. They will lie and make a new emergency each time.

When they start talking about money I just tell them that I don't understand.

Im dating one now, every week there an issues and she need $50-150, i started to tell her no now because you cant have that many problems a week and i feel like being hustle 😂

The easiest way to shut down begging is to tell them you were robbed and don't have any money.  Then ask them for help.  Ask them if you can come stay with them because you can not pay your apartment.  You will be surprised what happens.

You should also tell these dudes if they want a girlfriend in Colombia to start learning Spanish

As a man that has visited Colombia almost 30 times since 2021 mostly Medellin. A 10 in Medellin is happy when you give her $100. In the USA a 5 expects a $200 plus dinner with no guarantee of sex. To maintain a relationship in Colombia is just like the USA but for a faction of the cost. I've met many of the Level 1 women you discussed. I find that you can find a 8 to 10 in Medellin non tourist areas and if you gave her $100 a week she would be EXRTREMELY happy!! and you can find an extremely attractive Level 1 women in Medellin😍🥰

Yeah my dude nails it! I’ve been to Colombia 10+ times. And my guy nails it about the expectations and level of the women and how the money flow works. most will expect u to pay for EVERYTHING. And don’t expect a thank u every time. I’ve dropped 2 because they didn’t say thank u. There r 1000’s of beauty’s, don’t put up with their BS!!
