backwards message:
Arin: Here's the 8 foot tall woman
Dan: Oooooh yes

Wholesome to know that they can play it together with their two collective free hands

Arin's male mc anime voice feels like an old friend when I hear it

Guys, this is something special from Arin's personal collection, please be respectful

Welcome back to Goon Grumps.

Silent Hill f is a lot different than I expected

Ah yes, yet another pick from Peter’s portfolio…

This reminds me of when they played RE8 and they got dropped by Lady Dimitrescu like 4 stories down and shes like "ILL FIND YOU ETHAN WINTERS", and Arin shouts out "THREE MAYBE FOUR STORIES DOWN, TO THE LEFT" so freaking funny!

I love that the protag is absolutely shredded but he can't run more than 5 feet without stopping for a break. We really have to encourage more video game protagonists to stop skipping cardio.

12:14 We won't let that "I'm hungry" as a response to "Grandpa's last words," fall into obscurity, Dan. We laughed.

1:54 If memory serves, "naninanimura" translates to "I-Don't-Know-Where'sville" or just "Somewhere".

All that talk at the start about finding the truth and you two didn't mention my Dad ONCE.

So, Hichishsku is an actual part of Japanese urban legends and folklore. Her name translated in English is "Eight Feet Tall" and she's described as slender, tall with long limbs, white dress, wide brim hat and hair covering her face. Apparent abilities are enhanced strength, some mind control and shape-shifting, which allows her to mimic a victim's loved one. She calls out a hypnotic "Po" to lure her victims in. Generally targets children and while unclear what she does to them, they are never seen again.

However, nothing in the lore describes her as having a massive chest.

She was an inspiration for Lady Dimitrescu from Resident Evil: Village.

We need more somewhat obscure creatures in games. Yeah, werewolves, zombies and vampires are fun, but they can feel over done.

They should make sneaking under her field of vision a core mechanic

As a chesty gal (FF) me and my family call them my floatation devices. The plan is they all hang on to me in case of a water landing in a plane.

Just realized how hilarious the concept of a ghost game is where you're actively trying to get caught by the ghost. Like phasmophobia but you're TRYING to lose the whole time.

21:12 Melons-collie and the Infinite sadness is his favorite album after all

"I feel like she's presenting a little."
"What do you mean?"
He means she enters a room before she does.

The concept of someone actively trying to get haunted, eaten, destroyed, whatever by some hot ghost is always funny to me.

I've reached a point in my life where I genuinely cheer when Arin busts out the protag voice for a new game/series.
