Political assassinations are an appalling crime against democracy and freedom to speak. Only a whole life term is appropriate justice.

I'm at a complete loss as to how any political motivation could lead to someone doing something so utterly barbaric and cruel.

As Ann said before she died, the Establishment does exist.

She was a 78yr old vulnerable lady who lived alone, a lady who dedicated her life to public service and who would call a spade a spade and stood up for the truth and what she believed was right, she was led by her strong faith, she has never disrespected anyone. The monster needs to be locked away and the key thrown away.

The more the police dissemble and gaslight the British public, the more we will speculate.

The computer said no!😂

The police don’t need to organise the press, the press are already organised to confuse the minds of the public with their deliberate misinformation

So a man that rarely goes anywhere decided to travel 500 miles to kill a member of Reform and its not political at all

I now never trust a word the Police say. Individually and collectively they are liars and perjureres who will find whatever their political overlords tell them to.

I dont trust the Establishment to cover this up.

Ann Widdecombe said in recent interviews that British politics was going down the pan and both Conservative and Labour were guilty.  She compared the politicians of today with those in the 70's and 80's and complained about the decline in ethics and genuine concern for the country.  She was outspoken and told her truth but she was also naive.  She didn't realise the extent of the corruption that is going on in the world and the lengths that these people will go to, to shut you up.  In my mind there is no doubt that she was killed by a hit man, the same as Jill Dando.  Why? Because she was speaking her mind but not realising the consequences of doing so.  There is a plan for a New World Order which Ann would have probably thought was a load of rubbish.  Unwittingly she started speaking in her forthright way about how politics is changing for the worse and the powers that be decided to nip it in the bud but by doing so they have alerted us all to what's being planned for us.

I don't trust either the police or justice system to deal with this murder

The police so far are disappointing but they should allow the time to get some information.
This ''Clearly targeted attack'' indicates conspiracy to me.
That guy maybe a patsy.

Why did they say it wasn’t politically motivated immediately?

Where is the CCTV footage from Ann Widdecombes house?

Why didn't the producer of the channel 5 TV show raise the alarm?  She had been conversing with Ann minuits before and Ann had told her she was going to do the show.  Then suddenly she can't get in touch with Ann.  Why didn't she either call her agent to have someone go and check on her, or call the Devon police to do a welfare check?  Ann was an old lady, she could have had a health emergency, she could have slipped over and broken her hip; the producer didn't know why she was suddenly out of contact.

We all know why the police lie. They have been told to lie. The government is very afraid  of what they call community cohesion.

I always dismissed this country could end up in a civil war, I just couldn’t believe it. But I’m not sure now and it’s scary.

She wasn’t a former politician, she was part of Reform.  Why is the media continuing to ignore this?

The police couldn't possible know for certain the motive for a murder at search an early stage, even if the suspect gives them a motive.
