I am a repeat buyer of Nels Wigs and Nel is EXACTLY why. I have worn wigs for 40 years. I've worked for 2 wig companies. I have NEVER found a wig company owner who will personally respond and acknowledge an isdue with their pieces the way Nel does. Not only does she lay attention, she makes appropriate changes. That, the quality of her pieces, the incredible selection and constant updating with new styles, and the affordability are unequaled in a company the size of hers. I absolutely love her.

Bebe I loved this video and your reporting. And the happy result from Nell’s. Your enthusiasm is very contagious. Makes me want to run out and buy wigs!

I haven’t been able to try Nell’s wigs yet as she hasn’t had a style that would work for me personally.  But I’d love to! I never wear weight caps! At most I wear a Wig grip.

I LOVE the Bob and color on you. I'm not brave enough yet to cut the length of my wigs yet. Maybe when I have an old one and I can practice.

I own two Pamela wigs in the same colour as yours, neither look anything like the one you have.  I’ve styled them a little differently, definitely not an out of the box wig and I’m fine with that.

I had the same exact issue with a Belle Tress Lemonade. The wefts were right beside the face and I could not pull it behind my ears without it screaming "WIG!",  and those have closed ear tabs. When I  reported it as defective and the owner of Belle Tress,  Julie Min, tried to gaslight me, saying it was normal and the hair was not meant to be pulled away from the face. WTH? I beg to differ! I have worn many Belle Tress wigs and many other brands. I have been reviewing wigs since 2018 and I know a defect when I see a defect. I had my original Lemonade to compare it to and it had no issues like that. The wefts should not show up close to the face. I'm sure Nellie is a nice person, but even at just $80, it would be a total loss for me. Can't afford to do that over and over again. I decided ages ago that if I cannot wear a wig without doing more than just finger-combing and maybe a little thinning if it has too much hair (not permatease-that can't be fixed, IMO) I will not wear it and, sadly, I could not wear this Pamela wig even with the alterations. I wish Nellie luck with her new cap designs and maybe that will be just the ticket to avoid this in the future. ~Cynthia
