He only needed: 1. Unlimited resources. 2. A personal trainer. 3. No stress (no kids, no wife, no work, no other time, consumer). 4. Initial motivation worth 250k. 5. Extra boosts motivation to get at least 150k extra. 6. The good pressure of being in a Mr. Beast video. Certainty is a good way to try to lose weight. And yes, I'm in full on envy mode.

People bash at the algorithm, but I think it's a true testament to its quality that I, not once, got offered a Mr Beast video in my feed, in over 15 years of youtubing.

They're doing something right, for sure.

Bruh, it took me a year to drop 80lbs to get to 19% body fat. 280 down to 200. So while this is definitely doable, it's super difficult.

23:00 I spent over decade trying to lose weight, from 2008 to 2018. I kept losing 40 to 50 pounds, and then I’d take a diet break. And then I’d just not get back into it. What finally worked for me was NOT taking a diet break, just ploughing through and doing it all in one shot. Different strokes for different folks.
