THE SKULL | Dark Fantasy Diorama

Some shelters are better left undiscovered.
For this build, I wanted to create a small dark fantasy scene centered around a giant skull — a lonely campfire, a wandering figure, and a place that feels like it has been forgotten for a very long time.
The skull and the figure were 3D printed, while everything else was handmade from scratch using materials such as XPS foam, wood, plaster, sand, paint and various recycled materials.
The base was built from the wooden frame of an old canvas, and I even reused a small fire pit I made years ago.
From a 3D print to a finished miniature world — this is The Skull.
