Nice one boys. Shame about the lost footage but you still produced a good down-to-earth video.

Ive done budget build on Nissan Terrano R50 its been fun I've only got rear LSD to take down or I'm keen on rear locker I've done front winch bar and rear bar with modified wheel carrier on to rear bar

Inspirational stuff lads.. I’ve loved a Disco 1 since forever, but if I buy a rig it needs to be a diesel. I live in a really remote part of nz 250kms away from the next major town. And we all know the Landy diesels are $$$.

I’ve always thought a Disco would be perfect with a qd32 or a td27.

Oh well. Until I own that Landy, I will have to settle for a terrano/mistral/petrol Touareg.

Nice video Matt 🤙 production quality is on point

Wasn't aware of the rear diff breather being low as on my d2 the rear was already up near the rear tail light

Also all I did for my d2 is a lift longer shocks sway bars removed and a front
$700 locker second hand
$500 2 inch lift $400 +2 shocks $700 for tires and $300 for a winch
I personally wouldn't have sold the winch bar  that's just me

Nice video. Thanks for sharing, and well presented info. Im wondering if you think it necessary to modify the stock cooling system, like an inline thermostat? I’ve got one of these in California, probably a lot warmer than where you are generally, but it seems to be a point of concern for these trucks. Thanks!

Disco 2 is a great value for money. Here in the USA I can get a v8 D2 any day of the week for under $1k USD…that’s why I have 3…

For you guys who daily drive the discovery’s, how do you deal with the sun roof leaking. Unfortunately I’ve left mine a bit too late and it’s now UK winter so I can’t really afford to have the sunrooves out for very long to get the seals sorted

Is it a wof fail to drill holes into your floor pan to mount a fire extinguisher?

Why doesnt crawler79 do videos anymore ?
