People should just stick to the basics, which is eating better, working out, sleeping more, drinking water, and dressing well. That’s it, that’s all. Oh, and vitamins!

Skincare and eating correctly has done wonders for me. If some women took care of their natural hair, they'd see that it looks wayyy better than those wigs. People are always shocked when I tell them that this is my real hair. Our hair can be thick and luscious too

Sleep 6:30, Workout 6:55, Haircare 7:15, Tailor clothes 7:55 , Reading 9:30, and skin care 9:55

At 73, I take care of my health and do what makes me happy. And I congratulate myself for living the life I designed. Natural hair, no makeup, exercise, hanging out at least twice a week and eating healthy food keeps me together. Making and wearing clothes has always been my raison d'être.

I saw the video at 1:44 and I felt so much peace because I’ve been begging for more videos that aren’t about making woman afraid of ageing and changing. My twenties were fun but now that I’m about to enter my thirties, life is even better and I only see life opening up even more.

In my experience Glow Ups happen after tragedy; death, divorce, job loss, sickness, mental health collapse. You are forced to isolate or go away for a while because you have to. Once your are completly jilted out of your ordinary life change happens. From this point on you either build or retreat. Most often women never go back to the old ways.

Now I've never seen a "over the weekend" glow up but I have seen 3-6 months hide yourself/ focus on yourself and pop out an improved person

Strength, health, glowing skin a little more snatched waist , healthy gums and teeth, shiny hair, smelling great and a signature wardrobe will always be the better investment in my opinion.

The amount of procedures and products people use to look like everyone else is most unfortunate. All those procedures the lady had and still wearing makeup is crazy!! As my 93 year old mom says, "Ponds cold cream and Vaseline has gotten me this far, why change?" She will whip out her ID to prove her age in a heartbeat. Her advice to us has always been, move you body, eat healthy, drink water, consume positivity, mind your business, and get your rest. 💜💜
