Thanks for all the amazing comments guys. Regarding my F40 rebuild, I'm waiting on a few more parts (not many now)n and will start the videos for you all. Basically I want enough so I can continuously film and give you regular content without breaks because I don't have everything I need.

Long shot but ... If anyone has F40 parts sitting on a shelve please get in touch.

Also, what/how much do you want to see of my F40 rebuild ? Let me know what content or even content ideas .... I'm open to all suggestions

Excited for the project announcement, Scott!
It’s truly worth celebrating all of the things that make this project special, and its authenticity puts it over the top. I know myself, and lots of others, will be eager to watch you restore an original, authentic F40 (with some of your flavor, too.)

I think seeing a genuine F40 being built up authentically, and also seeing what a modern F40 could look like with new tech are both truly awesome concepts. Can't wait to watch both!

Hats off to Raphael for that build, very impressive... and can’t wait to see your build Scott. That said, I can quite happily wait and watch that BBi come together first.

anyone willing to put in that amount of work deserves to enjoy the fruits of their labor. I'm in for the tributes.

HOW in GODS earth did YOU manage to collect all those F-40 original parts????

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, unless you're a litigious Italian it seems. Tributes open up a whole world of opportunities for people to modify and experiment without affecting originals.

Got my popcorn! F40 build! Let's GOOOOOOOoooooooo.

I don't see why it would take away from the original car.  It's not like people are trying to sell them as an original.   Would be cool to see a 599 engine in the tribute car.

Cars are for having fun, life is short.

Every car manufacturer started in a garage, let the home garage guys have their fun. I'm constantly thinking about changes I can make to my 911C4S.

I was driven to my wedding in a Ferrari 308, and later in the 1998, I bought a 328. Ferrari is such an iconic brand—there’s something unmatched about its exotic appeal and legacy.  Now, seven years into owning my Tesla, it’s still the best everyday vehicle I could ask for, and I’ve never felt the urge to replace it. On the other hand, I’ve restored my E-Type, and the experience is completely different—every stop turns into a conversation with people who share their memories of this classic. As for replicas, they’re a lot of work for something that can never quite capture the essence of the original.

I have respected the fact that you have reached out and helped a few YouTubers with their builds. Don't worry I don't expect you to work for free.😂🖐️

Love the story here. Just one ask, but please let your guests speak more and don't interrupt them so much. I think he was trying to tell his story a number of times and he got spoken over and stopped sharing what he was about to say which was a shame.

The more of these out on the road for everyone to experience, the better.

26:05 - HOLY SMOKES! You weren't kidding on the Eurospares video! Chassis, drivetrain, body and all the bits & pieces! An entire car to reassemble and paint. Can't wait for it! and can't wait to hear the story about that F40, I guess it will be an interesting one!

I have always believed that imitation is the highest form of flattery, and wish that these manufacturers would allow tribute cars, or one off's to be built of them.  I think it would even increase the interest in the genuine article.

288 GTO , YES YES YES YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LET'S GO!

I have had and loved my red F40 for a long time and still gives it an wash from time to time since i bught it in the middle of 90is and it's an 1/18 model! F40 is just ❤ Applause to Raph👏👌

I remember seeing my first F40 tribute in NZ running a Lexus motor. Absolutely stunning build. As passionate as I am about the Ferrari brand,  I'm a fan of these tribute builds.  My personal F40 tribute would utilize a Challenge Stradale engine and interior as was the case where a Mondial was built with this combo and sold by DK Engineering last year.
