1:09 you were very close, but one off! that date is May 1st, not June 1st

Hey Danky! Texan here! When she was saying she bought a house and the land, I think you need to understand how big Texas is lol. Also sometimes you own just the home, not the land it’s on bc it’s in a suburb. But owning land in Texas isn’t that unusual, we have a lot of nothing in between the main city parts. Some people have a tiny little house on a whole acre or sometimes multiple acres. Especially in San Antonio/ Bexar (pronounced bear, don’t ask me why lol) county. But yea you could fit Scotland in Texas like 3 times if that helps with understanding how much space there is.

i think one of the reasons we take felonies so seriously is because felons lose their right to vote. it is restored after jail time in most states but in some, they lose their voting rights permanently

BRO is for coding purposes Danky! When we intake people upon arrest we fill in a system that operates with coding for demographics. You will also see BL or BLU for blue eyes, BLN for blonde hair, etc.

This is the 1st video where a creator has mentioned their VPN and does NOT segue into a cheesy ad. Well done

Healthcare fraud is a huge issue right now due to politics in US. If it’s Medicaid or Medicare a judge in Texas will likely make an example out of her.

0:20 OH MYGOD THATS ME WHST THE FUCK HI

my boyfriend said you look like you are in a terrarium

theres a diff between freehold and leasehold, someone can OWN the house but not the land, or you can own the land but not the house its really weird

People starting to glaze ash when they saw her mugshot 💀 like are you forgetting the things she did

Prison wife is about to mean something entirely different to her lol (I know she’s not going to prison but it’s still funny)

Being a felon means no more visiting inmates though.

as a US citizen, our citizens are so dumb. they don't know Medicaid is managed at the state level. its a state program from state to state. that's why its not a federal felony.

Felonies are actually a big deal…misdemeanors are the lower level crime classes.  Felonies mean you can no longer vote, own a gun, and in some states (like my state of Florida) rent an apartment.  Also, on any job application you fill out you’ll have to disclose that you have a felony and explain for what.  Which could mean you don’t get the job.  Misdemeanors usually come with some probation and community service along with court fees.

Its only a misdemeanor she will get most 5 years probation and our courts are so far behind it takes them along time to catch people on old charges.

38:40 Felonies are a big deal in the US, no matter what the degree. If you are charged with a felony it will impact your ability to get a loan to buy property or a car, it makes it extremely difficult to get a job or even rent a house or apartment in a safe area, you cannot own a firearm, the list goes on and on about all the ways it affects your life and it follows you around for the rest of your life because it’s permanent. Please don’t encourage your followers to commit felonies by saying they’re “not a big deal” because you would only go to state prison. State prison is still prison, jail is less intense than prison, but a prison is a prison is a prison.

ive never been this early im nervous

40:30 I think we think having a felony is such a big deal because it’s takes so much away from job opportunities, voting, and even volunteering at schools for your kids.  The list goes on.

"I'm not a broke-yyy!"

GIRL YOU WERE LIVING IN YOUR CAR

Gringo is a Hispanic term for white person, usually has some sort of slightly derogatory implication but I definitely don’t agree with it being considered a slur or being censored like you see on some channels
