Laset suits me, I print rarely. Injket always has issues with the head etc

I've had a Brother laser printer for more than eight years. I bought it to print on labels exposed to water and oil. It's still going well.

I've had several inkjet printers. They are high maintenance. They can get really messy when printer heads clog, especially if they are not used for some time. For the occasional photograph I prefer to use a printing service. Laser printers are really quite economical when considering the lack of mess😂.

One big advantage of laser printers is that the ink will not run when in contact with moisture - so they are great for creating flyers, menus and simple brochures.

Honestly, for printing larger runs of flyers and brochures there are some very competitive professional printing companies. Everything is done online, so the online downside is that you may have to wait a few days for delivery. But, if you were printing 2000 flyers on your printer, the cost of the paper, ink and electricity would by far outweigh an outsourcing cost - and you would probably be standing by your printer for days to print such an amount.

Anyway, for repro purposes, with a calibrated monitor and the correct colour profiles in Photoshop (for example) you will get a more accurate "proof" on your monitor than on any regular home printer.

I got a Brother MFC-9330CDW in early 2016 and it's still going strong nearly 10 years later. The only maintenance I've had to do is wipe the dust from the LED light bars - literally a less than 5-minute job. If you do it when replacing a toner cartridge it's just a few seconds.

Man, why are they over charging Canadians for this printer. It's only $250 in the US. It should only be $340 CAD, but they're trying to charge $399.

I learned that paper with Ink jet print smears when it gets wet. If I need to print something in color for a business submission I would much rather use a color laser printer.

Brother such a reliable brand. Planning to get a new brother printer, the one I have since 2007 still works but would not connect with windows 11. Thanks for the review will need to get this one.

I still have my brother Laser B&W printer that I bought in college 15 years ago. it still print now but the fusser is starting to get weak.

I only print two or three times a month and inkjet keep clogging. Currently HP 3830 clogged. Looking for laser jet may keep printing.

Thank you for your video. I got a Brother laser printer, same model. I am not happy with pictures, awful, the resolution and colors aren't the best. I feel this printer like something from 20 years ago in picture quality terms. It's ok for text, bills...etc. But, it's better than inkjet clogging problem

I have been thinking about a colour printer so this review was helpful. I have a Brother monochrome printer that I really like for its quality and low cost printing. I don’t need colour often enough to keep an inkjet from clogging up. Only concern is, like some other brands, is Brother downloading firmware that degrades the quality of copies made using third party toner? Lately my copies look faded on one side of the page.

I am going to tell you something interesting, i think this is not a Laser printer, this is a LED printer, why ? Because i had one exactly like that, identical layout for the toners. And it was a LED printer. Do some research and see if this is a LED printer.
