Suspension is the best tune for any bike.

Watching you rebuild the front forks on your Rhino brought back some great childhood memories from the late ’70s and my very first motorcycle. Growing up, my family could not afford to buy me a motorcycle, but a generous, mechanically talented neighbor offered me a deal I’ll never forget: a free motorcycle if I was willing to put in the time and sweat equity to rebuild a salvaged 60cc Yamaha dirt bike he had acquired.

With his guidance, we rebuilt the engine, forks, wheel bearings, brakes, and exhaust. I then sanded and repainted the frame and tank, tracked down knobby tires, functioning rear shocks, and handlebar controls, and we put the whole thing back together.

It looked like Frankenstein, but that little Yamaha taught me a lot more than how to work on motorcycles—it taught me patience, perseverance, and the satisfaction of building something with your own hands. Your videos bring those memories right back.

I've never seen anyone push a GS like this. The tucked-in weigth and balance of the boxer engine and the tele lever is just part of the black magic engineering BMW put into this bike that transcends it's class.

I don’t ride off-road but I find all your videos fascinating! So much knowledge with how a bike interacts with the track.

I've never seen an 1150GS Adv that's been ridden this hard. Funtastic! Changing the front suspension is a great idea!

once I've changed the suspension on my bike, I have entered in another world: more confidence gained, incredible stable ride, comfort at it's best...could you please make a tutorial on suspension settings please ? Greetings !

Amazing, having ridden all sorts of bikes, from ones with really shitty suspension , to upgrading for the sake of making it sit higher to have really good suspension, the one thing became clear. The good suspension makes feel so much more confident, make the bike feel lighter as you say. Really enjoyed this one, looking forward to the pipes and rear suspension setup! It's great to see you using older bikes. Not many people could afford to use a new 30k bike for off roading. The rhino is the type of bike that looks better with some scars.

I can't believe you did the suspension before the pipe. (JK, the true connoisseur does suspension first, one of many reasons we know Adam is the Real Deal). Looking good!

A real world example of a good shock Vs OEM, I  had a R1100 GS with a Wilbers and my mate had a standard R1150 GS, a spirited ride over some fire trails, his shock was hot, mine was still cool.
