What you're not getting, David, is that Robyn was the last to sign the title transfer docs, which would have put everyone's name on every lot, making the distribution equal.  Kody, Janelle and Meri all signed within days of each other.  Robyn didn't sign until months later.  Why would she be fighting to give Meri something Meri already signed off on?  I think she thought she could force Meri to sign the NDA, which probably has nothing to do with the land.  Meri has been threatening to write a book.  She was the closest to Robyn & probably has more dirt on Kody than the other wives.  They don't want her spilling the good stuff and Coyote Pass was the last bit of leverage they had over her.

Robyn wanted that NDA. She is lying, as usual.

David for a profesional psychologist your lack of seeing through Robyn and Kody's game this season to redeem themselves and each other is mindblowing to me. You should listen to your wife more.

Aurora literally NEVER lived with the Browns as one family. So she couldn’t possibly dream of living as one family AGAIN.

Robyn wanted to keep the majority of the land. She's saying fair not equal. Fair to Robyn is meri gets less because she only has one child. Robyn held it up.

I don’t think Kody knows the difference between soulless and solace.  🙄 Robyn is insufferable.

What Robin has done to those kids is criminal.

I’m begging the producers not to keep taping and showing us Kody and Robyn’s performative physical interactions.

Jen making fun of Kody is the best part of the show. And Janelle's snarky comments about him are chef's kiss.

Robyn wasn't worried about being fair when her name was put on almost every piece and had the largest of the 4 lots, plus 50% of every piece being married to Kody. Robyn plays for the camera!

David, don't you remember Meri's scene with Robyn and Kody where she said why do you get 4 acres, Robyn gets 4 acres, Janelle gets 4 acres and I get 2?  Kody said that was "fair" because Meri only has 1 child.  Robyn said she needed her own plot.  Robyn wants to be "fair" with Meri only getting 2 acres, she does NOT want to be equitable.  Equitable would be to split the land 3 ways; K&R get 1/3, Meri gets 1/3 and Janelle gets 1/3.

Allison is correct. Robyn did not want Kody to force the sale because then Meri would not sign the NDA. She wanted to use the sale as leverage to get her to sign.

He split it equally because everyone in the world was watching him ! And don't forget that all the lawyers were involved as well!

The more important question is...what does Meri know???

I would think that holding off on selling Coyote Pass until Meri signs an NDA is a form of blackmail. <shrugs>

Love you guys! David, Allison is right, Robyn wanted Meri to sign the nda so they could cut her out and she couldn't say anything. Jen convinced her to get a lawyer.

Robyn was the last one to sign off on the property, but continued to blame Meri for the delay. Maybe Kody has 2 devils on his shoulder and 1 of them is Robyn.

We suspected Kody wanted only Meri to sign a NDA because she knows where the body's are buried since day 1. Robyn fakes she wanted to be fair on camera. We all know off camera she manipulates Kody to the opposite

Remember when Kody said "I don't even know why you live in Flagstaff Meri"
Kody now: Jen pushed her into leaving me... 🙄🤦‍♀️

Christine is hinting toward making Kody pay child support ... as he should
