I've noticed that when Kody gets into an argument with one of the kids, the kids are talking about their relationship with Kody. When Kody feels called out, he brings Robyn's name into the argument to distract the conversation and hides behind her.

Until Robyn apologizes to Dayton, Breanna and Aurora for ripping them away from their bio-dad AND actively works to rebuild their relationship with him, I don't believe her sincerity. Her words don't fit her actions.

Remember this is Robyn who took her eldest 3 kids away from their real father and moved them far away and then re-wrote history with a fake photo and made Kody marry her and adopt her kids. When Covid hit she coerced him away from his other wives and their children because they were not safe.

Allison hit the nail on the head. Put your money where your mouth is! She is saying the right words but her actions don't fit. It was both Robyn and Kody that allowed the other kids to be neglected. She wanted him with her kids. I think she realizes he can discard her kids now too. She keeps her kids from their siblings so this is all talk.

I want to also point out that Robyn understood that Arielle needed to express her feelings … but when she announced her pregnancy she was upset at the OG13 kids when they needed to express themselves… She is fake!

Rather ironic that Robyn is so concerned about Cody's relationships with his children but wasn't the least bit concerned about keeping her first 3 kids away from their father...pretty hard to take the convo seriously.

Robyn and Kody’s actions speak louder than words. In a recent interview, Janelle and Christine revealed that Kody still has no relationship with his kids. And Robyn even messed up the one relationship she had — with Mykelti.

I agree with Allison. Robyn talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. I wonder if she ever called one of the kids, besides Mykelti. Kody and Robyn don't want the OG kids around their family because they may clue them into what's really been happening.

I felt it too. After hearing from Mykelti clearly nothing is better and his words in this episode has made everything worse. Very sad.

After hearing you say Robyn wasn't awful to the kids, I strongly suggest you watch the entire series of Sister Wives. There are examples throughout all previous 18 seasons, from her telling Meri not to invite the rest of the family for thanksgiving because that felt "scary"; telling the kids if they didn't sign the Family Mission Statement they were out of the family; telling Maddie she can choose any church she liked, but after her brain was fully developed; pushing baby Truely away when gifts were given to her kids; her youngest child not even knowing her half-siblings' names, and lets not get started on how she kicked poor old Drake may he rest in peace.

That whole filmed "heated exchange" was either set up or a dramatized reenactment of what took place before cameras arrived and Kody had to go for a drive to calm down.

The question should be: Why is Robyn saying this now? This is supposedly happening after Robyn said her kids didn’t feel “safe” enough to participate in the Christmas exchange. Robyn has shown as long as she and her kids are taken care of, she really doesn’t care about Kody’s interactions with anyone else. This convo is so out of place and makes no sense given Robyn’s history.

Kody didn't take in concideration that, in monogamy, you can't run away to another wife and stay there until you feel "Safe" again.

To believe that Robyn was being genuine in this discussion and really wanted to mend the fences with the kids we'd have to forget that she spent the last 2 years convincing Kody that the kids were unsafe. She convinced Kody that the kids were "unsafe" to be around. Convinced Meri to not have Christmas at her house and inviting everyone because it wasn't "safe." She was contributing participant of this demise with the kids. This is the Robyn redemption tour.
