犬の散歩は１日30分行きなさいと言われ、高校生とかは夜も行かされてました。
何かと口論する度に産んでやった、育ててやった、親孝行は？を言い出す、高校生からはバイト代をも欲しがる。
母が亡くなっても、気が楽にならないですね。この呪いは一生かけて乗り越えていくしかないんでしょうね。
今、母の立場であるからこそ、同じ事を子どもに対して繰り返さないよう気をつけて行こうと思うばかりです。
家族への思い、金銭的苦労、パートナーとの関係に苦しみ体調不良で限界までいき、内科、精神科、カウセリング、YouTubeでスピリチュアル、占い、住職達のお話を聞き自分を整理しすがる思いで心を立て直そうとしてきました。
でもその場その場でストレスが和らいだ気になっても結局振り出しに戻り、何故そうなるか自分で探そうとして何年もたち、先生のYouTubeを聞き、何故こんな人生を生きてきたかトラウマというもの根本的原因が見えて気がします。
先生のどの回を見ても全てが繋がっていて、関係無い回はなく話し一つ一つがお経を読み解いている様です。
本当に自分が納得し向き合わないと解決しません。
ガラリとは変わらないですが以前より毎日少しづつの時間、今までより心の落ち着き、生きる希望が出ています。
同じ境遇で育ちもっと苦しみ早くに亡くなった姉の分も、私は五体満足に生まれ今生きているこの人生幸せになるという思いでいます。

毒親とは数年前に絶縁しました。
現在子育てに毎日苦戦していますが

私の祖母は「あれをしてはダメ、これをしてはダメ」。母は「これしなさい、あれしなさい」。
私の自主性は育ちませんでした。私は未だに人間関係で苦しんでいます。
中学の時の家庭訪問で、（私は担任にイジメを受けていました）担任が訪問して来ても、部屋にこもっていました。後から母が部屋へ来て「恥をかいたじゃないの」と。
母は私の問題には関心が無く、母自身の世間体の関心に目が向いていたのではないかと。今はっきりと毒親と分かった気がします😢
いじめられて､母に相談したら｢情けない！男なら殺さない程度にやりかえしてこい！｣って言われ外に出され､小学生から歯車が狂い､社会人に成って馴染めずパワハラを我慢し飛び降りし､検査したら鬱病→気付いたら発達障害持ちが発見し生きる意味を見失い､致死念慮が強く成りました。
