Thinking about moving to Frisco, Prosper, Celina, or North Dallas? Come ride with me through Fields — one of the most talked-about master-planned communities in North Texas.
This is my UPDATED August 2026 driving tour of Fields in Frisco, Texas.
A lot has changed since my earlier Fields e-bike tour, so I wanted to come back and give you a current look at the neighborhood — not from a model home or sales center, but from the streets.
In this video, we'll talk about:
• What Fields actually is — and why it's much more than one subdivision
• How Brookside fits into the larger Fields community
• Current Fields home prices and price-per-square-foot ranges
• Why homes here can range from around $700K to nearly $2.8 million
• Builders, lot sizes and different levels of luxury within Fields
• The Brookside Club, pools, fitness center, courts, parks and trails
• Frisco ISD and nearby schools
• Fields West shopping, dining and entertainment district
• Universal Kids Resort
• PGA Frisco and the Omni PGA Frisco Resort
• Dallas North Tollway access
• HOA costs
• Why having NO PID and NO MUD matters
• Some of the pros — and realities — I'd consider before buying here
Fields is impressive, but that doesn't automatically mean it's the right neighborhood for everybody.
My goal with these videos isn't to convince you to move to Fields — or even to Frisco.
It's to help you understand what it's really like to live here so you can make the right decision for you and your family.
I'm Jason with Home With Jason. I've called Frisco home for more than three decades, and I help people relocating to Frisco, Prosper, Celina and the North Dallas suburbs figure out where they belong.
If you're considering a move to North Texas, reach out. Tell me what you're looking for, what matters to your family — and just as importantly, what you're trying to avoid.
And if these videos are helping you understand North Texas a little better, subscribe to Home With Jason. There's a lot more coming.

1.) If silicon valley residents decide to move to DFW, they are very sensitive to property tax rate ( because they understand buying houses in texas paying more on this high property tax state.), but they are very flexible on sales tax because most silicon valley cities's property tax rate are closer to 11%!).
2.) There is a Arizona base female real estate agent use above mentioned to get a Frisco's interest silicon valley mover to other DFW city!
3.) She told the potential Frisco-purchase interest Silicon valley buyer that Frisco city change low property tax policy even, this year, the final decision still leave this year's property tax alone.
4.) She firstly told that Frisco's low, not-change property tax policy has already changed ( i.e. Frisco, no longer, has that many years, long term, lower property tax policy which drive Frisco residential property price all the way higher every year plus amazing Frisco growth!
5.) She put "actually no change in this year Frisco property" at the very very end of her yutube video! Also, even though she mention "no change on Frisco property tax this year" at the very end of her yutube video, she emphasized again and again that "the property tax change" door has permanently open!
**The potential Frisco-High-Interest Silicon Valley buyer changed mind finally and purchased house in her recommened DFW city!
