This is one show I don’t care for A-listers people except one or two who appear, I just loved the very new fresh cast , they were amazing, give new actors opportunities pleeeeeaseee

Stop, that group chat line was the most relatable thing I've ever heard....

Honestly, I would find cameos to be distracting and break the immersion. Unless they were cameoing as themselves coming to the emergency room with an injury or with a friend/relative who's injured.

As a retired Canadian Critical Care Nurse, every time Noah Wylie supports Frontline Healthcare workers, it is my “ Glimmer” for the day!!!💫💫💫

It is weird to think that it's 15 years (will be in April) since ER ended. So it will be off air as long for about as long as it was on air.

Kinda sucks that George Clooney won't cameo. Would love to see a bunch of the old ER cast make cameos...Eriq La Salle, Julianna Margulies etc etc. They wouldn't play their ER char but at least it'd be nice to see them again.

ER cameos would not be distracting. They'd be an excuse to watch again. First for the story, second for the nostalgia.
And who said it had to be Clooney? Eriq La Salle or Anthony Edwards or Laura Innes would all be good drop-ins. And Ming Na Wen is basically doing one film every two years with voice work in between- you can't tell me she isn't available.
