This  is better than many whole instructionals

Cool that Trey doesn't have a ego and just let's these guys work they don't want that smoke

man that shotgun arm threat to leg entry is so effective

Arguably the best K guard in the world. So smooth.

2:50 that back take was insane

What a boss, just explamning tons of things about his game in such detail. Thx Mateusz

You could see the fear on Mateus every time Trey locked up a submission.

Amazing video. Thanks for putting yourself out there and getting destroyed for our benefit.

One of the best grapplers to watch these days in NoGi. Extremely sharp game. I rolled with him once and every sub he put on was just an inch from the point of snapping me up every single time.

This was Golden AF thank you so much!

Gold details with the ankle lock

14:00 this is a super cool detail

What a great episode! So many gems here!

I love that look when they say with  they're eyes "I've got you, please tap so that I don't have to hurt you"......

This is a fantastic video

Holy masterclass!!!

I‘ve been to one of mateusz seminars 3-4 years ago. The aoki lock he showed us there is still used in my game today exactly how he taught it back then. His leglock and berimbolo game is one of the most sophisticated and near perfect out there. No juice, no superhuman power to hide flaws in the execution, only a genius mind trying to find the best way possible to execute a technique. And his passion to show it only reflects the love he has for bjj.

Wish you all the best for your upcoming tournament my brother! And greetings to your short friend kamil 😜

Great.

Seen a couple of full modern courses / dvds on the ankle lock— but this guy just rapid fire dropping pure gold all those other materials missed, it’s crazy !

Amazing video - except for all the parts involving the host lmao.
