They didn’t even have the decency to keep her beautiful like the last game. They even changed her cool hair to normal boring hair. Gave her blemishes, laugh lines, and made her look 20 years older. I really hate these American Studios with every Fiber of my being

I think the best comment I heard about this was something along the lines "Whoever made the character based on the voice actress really hates that voice actress". What is it with western devs hiring attractive women as models for their game characters only to uglify them? They just can not stop doing this.

Geralt is made prettier over time - a lot prettier.
In the first game he looks much more like the description in the books. But in the third game it's not even close.
And yes it was for the female gaze.
