When improv is this good it feels like a magic trick

This scene was so good it made me want a 5 season long sitcom about a tattoo parlour of quirky employees

First time I watched it felt like a group of well written characters and I was watching a sitcom’s pilot episode.

Literally gasped when Jacob tied the runaway rich kid storyline into the failing tattoo parlour storyline

Kimia coming in with "two kids in a trench coat" energy in the midst of all that "adults" stuff is so funny to me

"As a TurboTax representative, I could get your name on the lease right now!"
That is so stupid, and so funny.

18:25 I absolutely love how David (Zac) says "I thought the AC was loud!" in this wavering "I'm the victim, here!" tone of voice! 😆

This scene LITERALLY got me to take improv classes when I watched it for the first time on Dropout. It's one of those shows where you are not only in AWE of how the scene is crafted, but also makes you want to know HOW to do it for yourself.

Don't get me wrong, Make Some Noise, Game Changer and the like all made me heavily consider doing improv, but this is THE special that made me take that step. And now that I'm wrapping up my first improv 101 course, I don't regret it one BIT.

I love the detail of the subtitle spelling the dad's name "Quourtney" before the improvisation that it's spelled that way lol

As a 19-year-old, I can confirm that I got none of these references

this is half the special btw

I can't believe we only fully learn Kimia's deal at 5 minutes left in the scene. It looms a lot larger in my memory.

This was so good that I honestly almost forgot it was improv. Like everything tied together and felt so organic that it felt like an actual show.

Wow, I’ve never seen Ally in a longer improv context before but they are unbelievable. I was in stitches over almost every choice they made, hilarious!
