Thank you for watching.
Who would have thought a climb like this would put your life at risk...
June 2019, Mt. Sukaisan.
Mr. A, in his 50s, attempted the difficult route as a day trip. After crossing thick bamboo thickets and chain sections, he exchanged a brief conversation with a married couple. They safely reached the summit, but fatigue was taking its toll on his legs. He disappeared on the way down, realizing the family's fears. Receiving the report, Cocoheli and the private search team LiSS launched a search using cutting-edge equipment and ground teams. However, bad weather and radio silence prolonged the search.
Please note that there are various theories about the background and details of the accident, and interpretations may differ depending on your perspective. Additionally, we have edited and condensed some parts of the content to make it easier to understand. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

▼ Lessons learned from this video
🏔 Don't be overconfident, even with experience
Even if you've hiked the same route before, your physical strength and conditions are different each time, and the risk of accidents is always present.
🏔 Small signs of fatigue can be fatal
The casual remark, "I have to go back to that path again," can be a sign of actual fatigue or danger.
🏔 Safety equipment like transmitters are not foolproof
Even advanced equipment like helicopters can lose functionality due to power outages or damage, so even if they're a "last resort," they're not foolproof.
🏔Family intuition and actions save the initial search effort
Sensing something was wrong when communication was lost and requesting a search quickly were crucial actions.
🏔Mountains also remember people's kindness
Mr. A's habit of picking up trash remains in his belongings, quietly passing on his character as a climber.
