An in depth review of the Toyota Aygo X Hybrid including a comprehensive overview of the interior and storage space. I drove it in the city, the country and on 70mph roads. I reset the trip computer to see what the efficiency is like on each drive. This particular car is the Excel with the JBL sound system and canvas roof.

But, why do they keep making small cars bigger? I have a 2010 Aygo, and I love it for the fact that I can find parking spaces that bigger cars are unable to use. Keep small cars small, there are plenty of big cars to chose from.

Kudos for knowing the difference between Toyota's hybrid e-CVT and a belt & pulley CVT. Also what B mode is actually for on the drive selector and that keeping the air vent for the hybrid battery clear and clean is important for the battery's longterm health. Virtually all other car reviewers dont know this information...

19:08 is a wonderful thing about these hybrids. The hill hold feature works so well, and it doesn't burn clutches or anything when slowly creeping forward even on a steep hill (with the car full of people and luggage while also in a tight bend and AC on full blast in a French village in hot summer 😃)

I drive. Yaris Cross with this drive train and that has been fine in the real world for the last 3 years. This should feel quick in comparison due to the lower weight. Toyota hybrids are excellent real world cars.

These are the quietest cars by all means even if they pass you by because of the skinny tyres they have. The best small car and the most technologically advanced from all ice cars to date.

The whole rear seat situation reminds me of my moms old Ford Ka. Same holes for the seatbels, same window opening system....just without the rear doors. Same goes for the boot. Small, but spacious enough. Same goes for the rear leg room. Now that I watched further, the dash and fan openings also remind me a lot of the first gen Ka.
