as somebody that was once a teenage girl, octavia screaming we’re back bitches is exactly what a teenage girl would do

Murphy had some of the best redemption arcs ever put to screen. Liking him as much as I did by the end was a far cry from how I felt about him in the first two seasons.

"floated off screen due to budget" is wild 😂

The series should have ended with the final scene seeing Bellamy and Clark on top of a hill, looking down on a little settlement growing with everybody. And Bellamy ask's Clark "So what we're doing now?" And Clark responds with "Whatever the hell we want" Fin.

the line "you're in our history books next to Bin Laden and Hitler" was the final straw that made me laugh so hard and say: these writers are burnt tf out.

Lexa and Lincolns deaths had me heartbroken and crying.
Bellamys death had me disappointed and numb, it was a slap in the face of the fans and just dumb.

Finn lost the plot so bad I didn’t give a rat’s ass when he got torched.

This show absolutely fumbled two of the best characters ever: Lexa and Bellamy.

Jason-Stupid-Rothenberg revealed Bellamy’s death when the episode hadn’t even aired worldwide so fans such as myself were spoiled to his departure, BY THE PRODUCER HIMSELF.

I watched it as a teen and that radioactive opening seemed like the coolest thing to me

the 100 was my first "mature" show as a 11-yo and i've rewatched it so many times. what annoys me the most is the fact that the entire plot of season 3 was that transcending to a "perfect world" without pain (the city of light) wasn't worth it because they lose their humanity and become a hivemind, yet the finale is literally that exact thing happening and it being labelled as good

100 episodes for the 100.. the best little easter egg they did.

@HotShot888-w6q 1 year ago

The ending was so dumb. All it took to convince god was Octavia going "guys... can't we just get along" after they literally were about to kill each other?

The most impressive thing to me about The 100 is it's continuity. They never forgot characters that died (the ones that mattered, not Gina) and constantly referenced past events. It's still one of my top fave shows even with that last season. Thanks for the fantastic video!

Lexa's death was awfully frustrating, and then Lincoln's death just made me rage quit the show

The show constantly expanded its reach, for better or worse. I would love to have stayed more in the s3-s4 intergroup dynamics that pose moral questions for the people and humanity. The show had such a clever way to bake ethical dilemmas into the reality of the characters. Throwing in weird plot points and new people didn't let the existing characters breathe. And from a storytelling perspective, not a shipping one, the Bellamy x Clarke ending was the fumble of the century. They are the beating heart of the show, their interplay was the lense with which we see every situation. Not having a satisfying conclusion for them when it's clearly written in the script was a massive and ruinous ego trip by that damn showrunner

The biggest issue I had with transcendence is that it was basically The City of Light all over again.

@TheOutsiderJess 1 year ago

The way they brought Lexa back and still gave clarke an unhappy ending when they brought back other friends like it makes any sort of sense. Lexa definetly wouldnt have said no to coming back

this is one of the only shows with horses in it where they show somebody actually taking care of their horse instead of just getting off and walking away. like finding food for it, finding shelter for it, etc. it is so unrealistic the getting off and just leaving the horse it totally kills immersion for me every time.
