When all of France and Western Europe fell to the Third Reich during the summer of 1940, the German Army immediately began preparations for the invasion of England. This plan was called "Operation Sea Lion" or "Unternehmen Seelöwe," a large-scale offensive against southern Great Britain involving not only the Wehrmacht but also the German Navy, the Kriegsmarine, to cross the treacherous English Channel and deploy hundreds of thousands of troops destined for London.

Juan Campos Ferreira, author of the book "Operation Sea Lion 1940, the Wehrmacht's First Stumble" (HRM Ediciones, 2025), will discuss the German plans to invade England in an intriguing "what if" scenario.
