Thank you, Zaahen, for clarifying that Azir is a hawk and not a pidgeon.

Zaahen is like: I hate you all but Yunara, Xin and Nasus

him to zhao and yunara: 😍💕🧑🏻‍❤️‍🧑🏼🫶🏻
him to darkins: 😡🗯️👹🫵🏻

Actually quiet the good detail Zaahen has positive interactions when the darkin are on his side. Except Aatrox cuz bro is just complete bonkers lol

The way he respects xin zhao 🥺🥺

This is like seeing Anakin Skywalker interact with Darth Vader.

I do like darkins thoughts
Aatrox: i must end everything to have peace
Rhaast: i must end everything to have fun
Varus i must end somethings to have vengeance
Zaahen:i must end everyth- no that would be bad:<
Naafiri: im a dog

“I have centuries, you have seconds” sent chills. Hard af line.

So Summoners rift is confirmed to be a "Field of Memory" implying LoL is just now a Runterra Super Smash Bros

They killed my goat Xin after an ASU for this- but fuck man he's so cool and honorable.

He’s commanding, humble, and respectful towards Xin, hell he’s not even bitter towards Zoe… I like him

Where Encounter - Varus
"Even I got the memo Varus"

"Seneschal, Resolute even in the fields of memory". Yeah, Xin's definitely canonically dead

Very subtle and very cool how his voice keeps changing from aggresive and more darkin side to noble and honorable. Really captures the inner fight he's going through.

I appreciate that Zaahen was respectful and strict enough against aatrox, that tone of frustration and pity when he kills him just goes to show he probably has faced Aatrox and heard tales of his legend, yet when he finally kills him, he admits that he is a brother, that everything he has done finally ends with his death in a respectful manner.

(Holy shitu 500 likes?! Thank you all! Mom I'm famous!!)

He reminds me a lot of Paarthurnax from Skyrim, specifiaclly this quote. "What is better: to be born good or to overcome your evil nature through great effort?"

I like how hes mostly sane but in some lines you can really hear the darkin madness in his voice, especially when his revive triggers which is probably when he has to resort to fully giving himself to the blood magics corruption

I am so happy to see shurima champions getting more interactions after what feels like so long

I do love the fact that Zaahen greatly respects the Darkins for who they once were, Aatrox for the noble sword he once was now fighting for nothing, Naafiri who has turned beast quite literally, Tells Varus to regain and keep what little humanity he has left, and he does respect that Rhaast is dangerous even more so if they combined.
Tells Nasus that being a hermit does nothing, pities Renekton for the butcher he's become.
doesn't want to fight Demacians to honor Xin Zhao.

also like the fact he's constantly on the edge of going wild, how some of his dialogue is pained and sometimes doesn't embody his nature being more arrogant and battle fury.

Unironically Zaahen is legitimately the most interesting character Riot has released in a while imo.
