I have honestly watched so many such videos, and this is the best one! I can see his journalism background coming into play. There is no gimmick but honesty in his story.
Great piece.

Fed up with your ads on you tube.

Searched your website for your services.

But it has nothing about pricing.

It's simply asking me for uploading my portfolio.

Why should one share his financial information with you.

This way you'll get only 5-10lakh portfolios.

But for bigger portfolios, simply start servicing people by saying this fund is good or bad to continue and this is the reason. (For SIP and lumpsum both in seperate ways as lumpsum will attract taxation too.) Charge from us without asking for our corpus.

Better you may open service for your MFDs/IFAs/RIAs. They can benefit more people like us.

After certain amount, people need trust over cheaper services.

I'll prefer to add your services along with my RIA's advice.

Sir, I'm saying same thing...to my father that...if not today. Than tomorrow ...due to pollution or other things people are going to be away from NCR region....they will for sure consider options in south ..or upcoming gift city. If we talk about job ...but he is insisting me to buy a property in NCR region ...so that it will act as a investment asset and all.
I'm totally against it because people are just choking themselves there for job once...other states gets more option like i said Gujrat and Kochi in Kerala for sure they will consider them.

I want to spend my money on buying land in my state....its Uttarakhand but he is just looking what my relative did and want to buy land in NCR. Sir ...how should i make him understand.

Land price is too high in uttarakhand. Even in mountains middle class and even local people form one area to another can't buy property. N Pahado m jaha bhi road hai waha chhe 500mt bhi paidal jana pade zameen bahut mehangi hai so wahi bana sakta hai jiske pehle se yaha patrik zameen khet ho yaha fir 2015-17 se pehle khredi hui land ho. Ya fir Covid time 2020 m uske baad to Rock high rate ho gye hai pahado m.
