This is my STS Atlas. A new custom, steel All Terrain Bike made in Michigan. I had a tiny hand in its design or maybe just a bit of inspiration for the design with the way I ride. I had internal dropper routing and braze-ons for a future front derailleur added. It is SRAM APEX AXS right now but I'm planning a more silver/vintage-y groupset eventually. It has Velocity Blunt SS wheels and Ultradynamico Brut Rozzo 2.1's. The bars are Carve MyTi titanium sweep bars. Obvi a Brooks B17 saddle.
It rides so nice - its amazing how well it handles for a bike with such a long wheelbase and chain stays.

My Marin Pine Mountain came with magenta highlights. Now the pedals, grips, sticky fingers, discs, valves and about 30 Ti bolts are are pink too. I do have hydro lines in the same colour but the bike was getting a bit "matchy matchy" so they are still in a bag on the wall until liquor and smoke affect my judgement. Good on you for peacocking a little, it's nice to have something nice. Cheers Tim.

Sweet setup! Looks fun to ride. That park you rode through sounds like Lake Shore Stone Company (“Quarry Lake”) halfway up Lake Michigan at Harrington Beach State Park (Wisconsin). Except they didn’t get all their equipment out I don’t think. It’s really a great hike around the clear limestone lake that you can’t drink from lol. And plenty of gravel/country roads to ride around there or on your way up through the western coast of the lake. Anyway cool bike, cool vid! ✌️

When my hydro brakes that came on my bike got too spongy, I also switched over to cable actuated brakes. Yeah, the braking may be slightly less, but I just like the feeling of cable actuation. Being that you need a whole new slew of tools and knowledge to service hydro brakes, I don't consider it a downgrade to switch to cable actuated; more like a side-grade. XD

Congratulations on your new bike. You deserve it, especially with the good work that you do on your YouTube videos. You made some beautiful component choices, including the frosty pink frame and the silver curvy handlebar. You will love using a dropper seatpost, especially on this beauty. In terms of fit, your posture on the bike looks improved somehow. Or maybe it's the excitement of riding a brand new custom bike.

Beautiful bike! I love the white stripes. I recently built up a silvered out Singular Gryphon with 2x9 and 700x57 g-one all rounds as an ATB. Went with a price conscious build of New Albion’s 26/42 double and Rivendell-stocked parts for the rest of the drivetrain and I love it. Basically solely in the 42 when riding to the trail and solely in the 26 on dirt. Would recommend

Very fun! I think every bike aficionado deserves a new bike in their preferred color. Regarding color choices, I recently had an old bike powder-coated orange, but I was overwhelmed by too many choices! In the end, my husband chose the color and it's great.

I have the Def Trap pedals and love them, too. They are so grippy that I have to stop pedaling and lift my foot in order to change position on the pedal. Cool bike, love the colors.

Hey Tim, another option for anybody that wants drops but wants something a bit more comfortable like an ATB but that was specifically made for the drop bar community is the new rush that I've been testing. I need to get Andy some footage so that there can be a video of that made but I've ridden it for almost 500 mi and it's one of my favorite bikes that I ever had
