His brother's family deserves the house that they can afford to purchase for themselves.

Having kids before establishing yourself will set you back for sure, but that's a CHOICE. It does not mean you are entitled to someone else's assets just because they have what you want.

This story was so refreshing. No 30 minute cry fest about all the times the parents chose the other sibling. For most of these stories their childhood literally takes up half the story

That's not just desperation nor entitlement. Sperm donor, egg donor and op's brother genuinely believed that what op had should be the brother's. All because he has a family and op doesn't. Because he has a family that made him the golden child of their parents. Honestly, still trying to take op's house after he sold it and tried to blame all the consequences on op. Only proved that op is better off without them. Especially when they're now bitter about not getting their way and facing consequences instead. Not to mention that they probably blame their son's divorce on op as well.

The victim in these stories always seem to be too soft because of family's little feelings, or too weak to stand their ground, dragging things out before getting security, a lawyer, or calling the police. I myself play dirty ensuring that NO lands, and it hurts, leaving no room to be interpreted as a misunderstanding, re-enforcing that there will not be a second attempt.

Tell all relatives/friends that your house is off limits. Anyone who mentions or posts about your house will be cut off. Anyone who transpasses will be arrested. Burn the family paper and send it back along w/ a cease and desist letters to all.
