I used to work on Gower. The area is just stunning.

It's even more beautiful up North Wales!

You forget what's on your doorstep when you live in the area, as I still do. We used to go to Oxwich Bay, camping, when I was a kid, great holidays, mum and dad in the on-site bar, and us kids being feral on the campsite 😂😂. We'd spend all day on the beach, so we had day AND night activities.

I went to the Gower as a kid as part of a school field trip. Lovely area. We stayed at a place called Stouthall which I think was near Reynoldston. All of the dormitories were named after local places and landmarks.

So glad to catch a full episode on youtube instead of watching the insane amount of adverts on 4OD.. 10 adverts every 10 minutes on 4OD. No thanks. Great way to get people on the app, not. 👍🏼

I live in Bridgend south Wales and in the village i live in called coity we have a wonderful castle... coity castle and if you come to South Wales then it's well worth a visit and best of all it's completely free, the areas around Bridgend are steeped in history with 5 castles in the region and lots of great beaches too.
