My old man always used to say ‘if you’re not feeling a little existential dread here and there you’re not getting the full human experience’

Number one lesson: Never overthink or fear being judged by random people who don't know you.

I like how you directly start the video without any unecessary delays, loved it.

This was disturbingly comforting

so in some weird, strange way, we're all just living the same life.. kinda comforting in a way

I cured my Imposter Syndrome by learning nobody else is actually competent either.

I love seeing narcissistic people fail but humble people succeed

"Your brain isn't really trying to kill you. It's just really bad at giving itself high-fives." 10/10
Great video! :)

I actually hate seeing others fail, even if I dont like them. I immediately imagine myself as them and feel bad. However I do feel a weird jealousy when others succeed, even if they're my friends

"watching someone post their third vacation this year, while you're eating ramen noodles" STOP THAT'S TOO RELATABLE

My brain does not edit out the embarrassing parts. Instead it puts together highlight packages.

I have reverse nostalgia goggles.  Trauma keeps me from remembering the good bits while all the awful things are magnified to the point where those memories keep shoving their way in and remind me that everything is awful and to be wary of it all.  It takes a lot to breathe through it and move on.

Eating pizza in my pijamas is my literal goal. I’ve long since stopped caring what others people are doing and it’s so great

3:31 'And the funniest part is the people that actually are frauds, never worry about being frauds, they're too busy confidently explaining why the earth is flat'. This is funny, especially when you watch a buch of flat earth videos.

"...swimming with dolphins in Dubai... having a breakdown in the bread aisle." You have a droll, delectable sense of humor complete with a dry delivery. Informative, insightful, and succinct. I love it. You've convinced me. I've subbed.

No matter what topic Chill Dude Explains it's always informative and interesting with just enough humor. This is definitely my favorite channel right now. Thanks Chill Dude 😎

That feeling you get when your grandparents are dead, your parents are dead and you lie awake at night literally sweating with your mind racing looking for a way that you could avoid death but knowing it's coming for you and you are next.

I know it's not just me, I heard a comedian talking about how when your father's father dies, your father gets all weird. This has to be what I'm feeling.

7: Imposter Syndrome.  I've had that multiple times working in physical therapy.  I see all these other highly accomplished PTs I work with, then- it's me.  I'll feel nowhere near the level of these people.  Then I have to tell myself I have the same education and degrees, I know what I'm doing, and my patients get better.  But it's a real thing.

We wouldn't worry so much about what people think of us,  if we knew how little they do

Who the hell ever wants to squish a puppy
