4:44 haha, I have never seen Cohen actually slip up and accidentally let out a chuckle.  He has mentioned how it sometimes gets difficult to hold back laughter and keep a straight face to stay in character.  Super rare to see him lose focus and stumble with his words.  He got caught off guard when the dude actually continued to inquire, asking him to elaborate.
