RIP Jock Stein 1922-1985

I loved the way he treated the man in the street very humble big guy

Top man...before his time...just wish we ( rangers) had moved for him  but taken nothing away, celtic were formidable under him....respect !  Rfc 🇬🇧

God bless Mr Stein he knew how to pay his bills and win the European Cup

Best manger British football has ever had shankly and Ferguson all leararend from the king of football Hail Hail the Glasgow Celtic fc

If he was English he would. Have been knighted after the European cup win

Fooball isn't just a game-it's much more than that! Life or death!

The man was a genius and was the best manager ever...coz no one else could of the put that side together and win the lot?
To any haters,it may be Scottish teams but sometimes it's harder to beat these teams as you can take them lightly...and get complacent,he had a lot to put up with aswell...
Glad Fergie took notes

Bobby Murdoch doppleganger to the left of Stein at 3.51 in the blazer shot!!

Good to see a reference to Big Jock (and Willie Waddell) and their generally forgotten trip to Milan to study Herrera's set up.
This was organised by George Reid, then a reporter for the Scottish Daily Express, who later became an MP, MSP and Presiding Office for the Scottish Parliament.

The Greatest Manager in Britain!!     A Man above men and a Gent amongst gents.  Ferguson would not have achieved what he did without watching the true Maestro of Management at first hand.

Bob trying his best but he's probably gone now. Great commentator.

god bless jock mon the hops.

I'm a gers fan. The comments by my so called fans of my team are shocking. Ok he may have "knew" . As the cliche goes "let he who is without sign cast the first stone" we all know the rumours of a famous gers captain having an interest in boys.
Jock was indeed a legend of a man and a manager.

Pretty sad there's only 13k views for such Scottish legend...Respect big man  fae rangers man ...i once was a Celtic up until 13 went to my doctors a told i had a bad side so told me to go to a better side so went to the blues sea off ibrox..33 years still blue nose

Sean was a gentleman, had the honour of meeting him once and looking after him
