Come hiking with us through the beautiful Helderberg Nature Reserve in Somerset West, South Africa! 🇿🇦🥾

For this adventure, we took on the Sugarbird Walk, a roughly 2.9 km route through the reserve with incredible mountain scenery, indigenous fynbos and some seriously beautiful views.

Along the way, we share a little about the history of Helderberg Nature Reserve, the unique fynbos ecosystem, the Cape Sugarbird that gives the trail its name, and some of the wildlife that calls this part of the Western Cape home.

But this video is about more than just the hike. It's another opportunity for us to slow down, explore our new surroundings and experience more of what South Africa has to offer.
