In my years-long study of happiness, I overlooked a topic that is nonetheless essential to our fulfillment: understanding our shadows.
Fortunately, 2020 allowed me to delve into the study of the shadow. It was so liberating that, at the beginning of 2021, I'm emerging from my long retreat to share this enthusiasm. And since I love learning by asking questions, I picked up my phone and contacted four people I've already interviewed. Four perspectives to shape my own. They all said yes, much to my delight. I believe there's gold in this series I've called "Our Dark Side."
"Our Dark Side," a 5-episode series:

Episode 4: Vincent Houba
In episode 5, I take the plunge La part oubliée du bonheur : notre part d...

- Episode 1 : Gislaine Duboc https://youtu.be/UKY-p1FKQmM
- Episode 2 : Isâ Padovani https://youtu.be/dkD_P1koIgc
- Episode 3 : Daniel Morel https://youtu.be/8JzsymhjQxE
- Episode 4 : Vincent Houba
