My wife wanted a paddle board so I ordered this crazy inflatable tandem water bike from Amazon instead. We unboxed this weird pontoon boat and surprisingly it was actually really fun to pedal around the water. Because we cannot leave well enough alone we decided to mount two 89cc moped engines to the bikes to give it some extra horsepower. Turns out adding big motors to a plastic pedal boat creates a super dumb and hilarious monstrosity that my wife refuses to use. Let me know in the comments if you would ride this wild contraption.

"its to late now, its already here" that seems like a channel slogan right there.

“A lil bonding time, you know what I’m sayin?” The crab man is a fuckin romantic, y’all! 😂

With 4 pontoon you can turn that into 2 separate paddle board/boats

Should have used a mid drive e-bike kit. Love the crazy videos though. Always fun to watch

John out of left field..."they are not one letter apart" had me laughing

5:53 - R and L pedals are threaded oppositely so they do not unscrew themselves while you're pedaling.

Two thumbs up for the Luke McFadden Engineering Group.

love how the drive part is literally the head gears off of an angle grinder lmao

put each bike frame on its own 2 pontoons, then mount the 2 paddle boats together, then mount a trolling motor between the 2, and away you go!!! This way you 2 can also add some PP... (people power). I don't think a horse would fit on that thing...

“Time to ruin this nice thing even though we kinda like it” is hilarious. I envy your lifestyle. That being said I know you’ve worked extremely hard to get to where you are. Keep up the good work homie

Get a trolling motor with the foot controller. Adapt steering mechanism to pivot point of handle bars.

Love how John tossed you over like nothing over the pedal and paddle board. Had me crying laughing 😂😂

The fourth pontoon is so that you can ride each bike individually. That would be something I'd like to see in another video. Maybe you have races or something.

Try keeping 1/4 of the prop above the surface. You have a surface drive like set-up. The further you sink it in the water the more torque/power needed.

Got the used dilvery, grabbed a bunch of shirts and a hoodie. Super pumped and i really appreciate the hand written thank you as well as the sticker. The merch will be worn until the wheels fall off just like my first shirt from you. Thanks!

It would be fun to engineer a similar contraption, except I'd use those "Winter riding bike mounts" that you clamp a regular bike to, back tire spins a roller connected to what is essentially a pulley...that way you could connect any bikes

The easiest way to get enough "power" out of that motor is simply to install a smaller chainring, or even use a mountain bike crankset—which typically has three different chainrings—and experiment with the settings. Another option would be to mount a gas-powered brush cutter on the central pontoon, connect it to the spare propeller you have, and rig the throttle to one of the handlebars; this way, you can cruise quietly and relax, and simply start the engine whenever you get tired.
