Happy Sunday Everyone

I'm like you Jonsey, I can only handle an hour at a time of this game. I'm not one for horror games , but I'm willing to give it a bash, as it's a well loved franchise. The audio design for Dead Space is insane. All the ambient sounds like the creaking of the ship, a piece of metal clangs to the floor, distant moans, snarls, the sound of something wet and dripping from out of view, the crazy whispers just barely audible, and the sound of Issac's heart beating. All of this keeps you on edge, the tension is almost unbearable. This was designed to make you  react blindly to any threats and ambushes , wasting ammo in a panic, making you forget everything apart from your  survival, at even the cost of your meagre resources. As far as I'm concerned Dead Space puts Resident Evil to shame. I know it seems bad now but it will get worse, more chaotic encounters to follow. But I believe in you. You can do this, and you will be a better horror gamer  for it. I'm gonna take a break from my play through, going to play the shit out of Control. ( As a suggestion you should have Control on your schedule sometime. It's a lot more up your alley, great fun. Think X- files but on a bigger scale, with psychic powers.)
Anyhoo,it does you good to have a good screaming session every now and then.😂
As always love you lots.🥰

I usually can't handle horror but DS really intrigued me for some reason. To this day it's the only horror game I've ever beaten. For comparison, I noped out of Resi 7 even before entering the mansion.

The game studio got about and beyond on the making of the game, the audio carefully made to keep the nervousness on 99% of the time, the halls and rooms of the places where you pass with faulty illumination suspicions shadows with a detailed "decoration" too. And the designers studied bodies on car crashes to make the necromorphs and the many deaths scenes of the character.
That makes up about the clunky controls.

You could call it “The Sunday Screamer” for Sunday Dead Space Days.

As a wise man once said, “Fear, is a heavy burden.” You can do it Jonesy.

YES! Another episode of "ARE YOU DEAD?" SPACE!🤗 Also, the scarier the game, the funnier ur editings were which REALLY gave us some comfort😆 Tbf, despite all the screaming, which we really cnt blame u with all the jumpscares, u did SO much n SO well in this episode! Not sure if u notice aft all the stressful moments, u actually made a LOT of progress!🤯 At the same time, i hope ur feeling fine aft playing🥺 I can see that ur going to kill this game n all the weird-looking-the-thing-IT-chapter-2-a-quiet-place monsters. It's going to take some time. N it's totally fine if ur taking a longer time coz u WILL get there eventually! Trust urself coz WE TRUST U!💪 GREAT episode n i really enjoyed it!(n i SWEAR it's not bout ur screaming or getting scared) Hope ur having a FANTASTIC day, Ma'am!😇

Thanks for the fun “I scream Sunday” 😂🤣

Yes another episode of jonesy's descent into madness. Couldn't wait to see this video. Keep being awesome and incredible.

Outstanding

Im the predator they're the prey .....repeat this over and over when you get scared.

I have to admit I smiled when the "RUN" music returned, feels like a throwback these days!

No surprise that you were scared, this is all horrifying! But you're hanging in there great. I know you're a few episodes ahead by now but I'm sure you've done well with them too 👏

Zero g sounds very worrying when you're trying to outrun baddies – I had exactly the thought you did before you opened that door!

Do love the plasma cutter, something about the design makes it so precise and so awesome 🤘

Keep up the great work. Fabulous content as per. Really appreciate the pip edits, I know I've said elsewhere but it bears repeating.

Heart rate near to 200

Ice cream Sunday you say?! YES please!! I will take a double bartender<3

Yeah the baby necromorphs are really dark (also, fun disturbing fact, the art team for the DS series actually have PTSD because the producers had them look at real life car crash victims, the necromorphs designs are based on mangled victims, yeah.. incredibly disturbing.. horrifying, another fun fact, if you stay on the main menu long enough in DS1, images will flash, showing a real slaughtered goat, yeah, some demonic ahh shii)
Edit: or perhaps "dark facts" instead
Edit 2: omg 29:15 that made me almost choke, god the subtle things in this game man..

this settles it....i am not gonna go to space!

I like the Piece of Mind shirt, very appropriate. Could use a Fear of the Dark one as well.

Semiconductors are worth picking up since they are free money to sell at the store. The higher grade ones are worth a lot. Remember that you can open your inventory and drop items if you want to pick others up.
You can use kinesis to pick those explosive containers up and throw them at enemies with the fire button, actually you can throw any item at an enemy including their own claws and their own projectiles. This is a much better designed feature in the second game but it still has it's uses in the first, especially for the explosives and some enemy projectiles.
It's a good idea to have a weapon with AOE or auto fire capability to use on those tiny guys as the Plasma Cutter wastes too much ammo killing them one at a time. You can always just freeze them and go to stomp town, just be wary of the duration of stasis.
Upgrading your suit is always worth it as it's the most useful upgrade in the game.

Really fun playthrough so far.

"AAAAAAAAAH HE'S STUCK TO ME" 😂😂💀🥰🥰

We have a new scream queen.

Hi Jonesy I see a new episode of Sunday Funday 😁Nice to see you face the horror instead of just giving up like others. Now I'm going to make myself comfortable and enjoy this episode. I wish you a cracking Sunday, a fantastic start into the new week and lovely greetings 🥰🥰
