People always want to know if these are "real" library books, and if it's okay for me to write in them. These are all books that I bought at library book sales. They are no longer in circulation at any library and belong to me.

I liked the card system because the dates kind of told you a story about the book's travels. And you feel connected to all those people who read the book before you.

I’m waiting to hear if I got a job at a library I applied to…hoping this is a sign. 😆 Thanks as always Mary!!

Librarian roleplays are my favourite triggers. The typing, the writing, the dust covers crinkles...perfect!

This video takes me back to 6th grade and reminds me of Mrs. Tibbles the Librarian.
She had the sweetest and softest voice. I hated reading but I did enjoy going into Mrs. Tibbles’s library and asking her if she had any books about “owls” ( just really picked topics out of thin air)
She then would proceed to look up owls in the computer and speak to me “ Well if you go to the back of the library in row J we have several”………….

In the 80s, our library had the pens to scan the barcodes with..the sound of the pens being run across the plastic cover...amazing.

This is what I come to when life feels frazzled. Instant calm & tranquility. After all, you have to be quiet in the library 😹

Everytime she says “we have a lot so we can do a lot” my head automatically sees her smiling while saying it😊

I can't believe this video has been out for 3 years and I'm just now seeing it! This is one of my new favorites!

After the evening I've had, being this early to one of your library vids is just🤌

Thank you!!!!!!! The library videos always take me back to my first ASMR memory. I didn’t have the words in third grade to explain the tingling feeling. As an adult I am giddy about ASMR videos and the talented creators who are so lovely and produce these mini movies for the enjoyment of others..

Childhood memories of checking library books out and library cards. I always liked seeing who had checked it out before me😊
Janet Evanovich is one of my faves as well! Thankyou!

This is the first of your library videos I've ventured into. I decided to take my break from work to watch it. Calmed my stressed-nurse nerves for the time being. Thank you for what you do!
