“I get the white hair, mon ami.”
Apocalypse: “Okay.”
“But what’s with all the leather and straps?”

"Do you know how long I've been waiting for this? Whoo, I'm about to make a name for myself here!" - Gambit as the Horseman of Death

@UncannyEarl 2 months ago

I love Gambits "Death Charge." This means when items he's powered up hit their target, instead of exploding, they break down living matter and disintegrate the victim.

Apocalypse clearly remembered his previous conversation as En Sabah Nur with Rogue about Gambit gone and her grief for him.

It's obvious that Apocalypse revived Gambit not only to make him a new Horseman of Death but to rub a lot of salt on Rogue's emotional wound.

It is strange how they treat Apocalypse. Sometimes he's beyond meaning in power and other times extremely grounded in power. He lacks consistency.

So, the horseman of death has a Cajun accent? That’s kinda badass

This guy is by far the BEST comic book historian/narrator ever. It's a joy listening to him.

Yes..when Gambit and Polaris were horsemen. Lorna lost her powers via Wanda and this was the step to getting it back.

The X-Men don’t defeat apocalypse they stop his plans. There’s no way they could actually hold this sociopath.

"these dark days require darker ways"? 😮 That's apocalyptic bars from out a blue and purple haze!

He wasn’t swimming that time of night. Lived here all my life and you don’t really swim after or at dark because that’s when it’s most dangerous. You may get on the water but you’re not swimming. Someone knows exactly what happened and the truth will come out.

16:16 ...and none of Earth's heroes thought hmmm maybe we should help the X-men stop mass genocide for once? They never help out or strangely busy when stuff like this happens.
