bruh I lowkey feel him when he says "no" to keep doing music, its actually exhausting and mentally taxing, he a dude that grinded his way, he's been doing it 10 years already and only NOW he's reaping his rewards, after he prob just wants some fkn rest lol
ppl like Lil Pump and Smokepurpp all that wave of soundcloud fell off so hard because they basically came up from doing 2/3 songs and getting a lyrical lemonade right before it was HUGE but also still big enough at the time that an MV on that channel used to be a gaurenteed hit, songs like Blueberry Faygo is so run of the mill now, i can think of like 8 new artists that would've made a better song on that beat, its very of its time and now everyone can (and does) make songs like that with FL studio and a few presets and not a lot of musical knowledge or grinding for years to perfect your craft, ppl just heard lil baby and gunna and said "cool ima do that" and for some ppl it worked, and for some it didnt, I bet you he was making songs just like everyone else was, but they never took off and now he's created his own sound and its got so many elements and different styles going on at the same time he knows exactly what he's doing, how he wants to do it.

Those 10 years of grinding payed off, I can imagine that must be such a relief but yeah I would also be looking at ways to pivot from music into something especially if he's been doing music for this long? He's probably released more music over his past 10 years than someone like Carti or even Uzi have dropped in their past 10, and those dudes used to be the dudes who dropped allll the time, not to mention having labels, but also labels just make it so artists cant put out what they want and that shit is so so lame, taking creative control away from the artist is one of the dumbest things you can do.
Like what if fakemink signs and 3 years from now hes shelved and he doesn't even get to express himself creativley.. I pray that doesnt happen (to anyone rlly) but also ts oversaturated more than its ever been so its also more likely now than ever to happen in the history of music, everyone a rapper or in a band atm lol
