In this video, I finally take on the challenge of summiting Guam's tallest mountain, nearly a year after summiting the second-highest peak (thinking it was the highest). Some say it's the highest mountain from the sea floor too!

Come along for a fun hiking video and be amazed by the 360-degree views Mt. Lam Lam offers. It's incredible!

If you haven't visited Guam before, now is your chance!

At least it's a fairly short hike. Good to do this when you are young. You can look back later and be amazed at what you once were capable of. Great video.

🏆1:46:33😂 Hey guy, I discovered that you often makes me smile. I can learning english with you which is great, and discovering places on the other side of the world without real adventures which isn't so great. I also enjoyed the botanical details in this trip, thanks a lot Matt! How was the swimming and the food after hiking in the jungle?

Cool Matt. The mountains look like Jurasic park. Thanks for climbing up and showing the super cool view.

The concrete platform is actually the false summit. The real summit is a little past the concrete platform and is 20ft higher. To get there you have to climb a little hill of mossy rocks and roots. The platform is still a nice spot for pics and videos.

If you connect it with marianas trench.. you might just be on the highest mountain in the world😂😂 😉 so epic

Hi Matt you’re brave hiking in that forest/jungle! But no thanks I wouldn’t be doing any hiking like that. I’m scared of creepy things and snakes. Do you hike by yourself? The view up top is beautiful though 🩵

When we were there in the 1955-58 there was a beach called Tarague. I have not heard it mentioned in your videos or any others. Has it been renamed?

Many thanks for this video ! I was just wondering, I am a bit scared of big spiders ( not phobic, put still anxious to the idea of seeing some, and scared to have it fall on me even if I know most spiders are harmless, and I really want to overcome this stupid fear ), when you do hikes in Guam, do you see a lot of them ( I understood they were many, especially in limestone forest, in the Northern part of the island ) ? How do they behave ? ( I did previous hikes in tropical countries, where they were spiders, but as I barely saw them, I didn't feel scared ). Best and thanks again for sharing your adventures !
