Man that’s crazy… you really witnessed that era in real life 🤯🔥
What other songs from The Doors should I tap into next??

We used to take this for granted. We knew it was fantastic stuff, but brilliant LPs were being released EVERY WEEK from ’67 to ’80.

I am 81 and i went through  many decades of music and the  the best decades were the 60,s 70, and 80,s.  The bands whear unbelievable .

I grew up with this music. I'm 75 now.

Ray Manzarek on the keyboards 🔥

The rain effect in that song was game changing, too.

My first apartment in Manhattan, 1970.  All I could afford was a mattress, a stereo & speakers & a large poster of Jim Morrison shirtless with that great long hair!!!  I was happy!

So nice to see younger people enjoy the music we grew up with!! ❤❤❤❤

Im 50 yrs old , my dad played this when I was a kid.. love that new generations are discovering and appreciating it too

A good time to be alive. Best music ever. 70 now.

This song has never left my playlist after 40 years... it's that good.

THE END,  will blow your mind into outer space.

LA Women is next 🎉 you’ll see why once you press play ❤ Roadhouse Blues is also a great song 🎉

Hugh rabbit hole, they played by their own rules and changed music forever. Jim was a poet that he incorporated that into the music. I been jamming on them since the 70's.🔥💯👍

I loved The Doors when I was in my mid-teens - I'm 71 now, and still do. They only came to Vancouver once, in 1970, and yes, I was there for it. Died and went to heaven that night.

That keyboardist is no joke: Ray Manzarek is the guy's name, and when you react to The Door's "Light My Fire" (like everyone including myself is recommending), you'll be listening to one of the most iconic keyboard melodies in all of rock music.  Loved your groove during the keys solo -  we could tell you were feelin it!

This got me thru my teenage angst, 20 years later my son discovered them, now my grandchildren know all their songs.

Ray Manzarek playing bass with his feet on the Hammond organ still blows my mind.

Some of the uniqueness of the Doors sound is their playing so many of their musical notes in minor key instead of Major key.  Which gave their songs a haunting touch.

This is high art,not just music
