Royal Tobacco by Amouage is tobacco done with absolute confidence. This is not a sweet, trendy tobacco — it’s rich, dry, resinous, and unmistakably luxurious. From the opening, Royal Tobacco delivers dense tobacco leaf layered with frankincense, resins, and warm woods, creating a fragrance that feels regal, commanding, and unapologetically bold.
In this review, I break down the scent profile, performance, versatility, and who this fragrance is really for. Royal Tobacco leans dark, serious, and mature — the kind of scent that doesn’t ask for attention, it claims it. If you enjoy powerful niche fragrances with depth, character, and presence, this is one you need to experience.

Tobacco is my favorite note, and I really wish more fragrances marketed as “tobacco” actually let it take center stage instead of relegating it to a supporting role. Tobacco Honey by Guerlain is a perfect example—beautifully crafted, but overwhelmingly honey-sweet with very little tobacco presence.
Great video as always, and Happy New Year
