While i was in a and e you cannot believe how many people came in with a sore throat or a cough etc.its ridiculous poor docs and nurses are absolutely on their arses

Im glad the little boy is having his spine straightened at Queens. The spinal surgeons and the rest of the team are second to none! They are the best there is. Simple as.

Move the "medically-cleared" patients to the hallways. That will get families motivated to authorize care homes.

I feel grateful my cancer I was tested on the Monday, diagnosed on a Wednesday and I had surgery the following Friday, then treatment for 3mths….now 3yrs I’m still cancer free

This was the best one I've seen put together. and how the teams worked together. I was so surprised there was not 1 speck of profanity in this and the children were excited to watch it.. This tells me they respect all sides of life.

I sat in a and e for 15 hours and had to finally sign myself out as i was shattered and it was awful to see an old lady dying on corridor care led on a trolley bed so shocking

If it wasn't such a long wait to get into see your GP, the emergency departments wouldn't be choked with non-emergent cases. People don't want to wait 2 weeks when they're sick or in charge of someone else who's not well. I can't say as I blame them for this. If there were walk in clinics that catered for these cases 24hrs a day, people would go there and leave emergency departments in actual hospitals for emergency cases. There needs to be far more access to GP's (or nurse practitioners, they're excellent) with or without an appointment than there is currently. Don't make the NHS and government budget/policy making failings the responsibility of someone who is sick and just wants to go somewhere to hopefully allow themselves feel better.
