As someone who was brutally assaulted as a teen in the 70’s when the norm was victim blaming and no one believed you, it’s hard to stomach that Lauren took all the steps protect her abuser and her public ideology.  Ultimately, I believe everyone deserves a path back. I appreciate her now trying to educate others.  (Though, she’s still watering down her message, sadly)
I hope she comes to love and protect the truth going forward.
