Ranma ½ has a comedic formula and a sex-changing main character who often willfully transforms into a girl to advance his goals. The series also contains many other characters, whose intricate relationships with each other, unusual characteristics, and eccentric personalities drive most of the stories. Although the characters and their relationships are complicated, they rarely change once they are firmly introduced and settled into the series.

We don't have a lot of male Ranma this season 😢
When I was watching this episode I noticed the goofy face that Kuno made in that split second of frame 😂😂😂
- The 1989’s version had they own version of this episode but there were a few differences like Shampoo was not in this instead replaced with a non-canon character named Kaori Daikoku (she even used the same techniques) & that the reason why they are in the race is because of Genma promised to in her father Mr. Daikoku that back when Ranma was a baby when they were traveling Genma was starving but once they encountered him promised to trade Ranma’s hand in marriage for a meal, but took Ranma back resulting in him looking everywhere for him coming to the dojo. Along with Ranma was not participating in it & Kudo wasn’t involved at all where it was just her versus Akane who hurt her ankle having to cross the finish line with their ramen intact
The Martial Arts Takeout happens. Just that Shampoo was replaced by a filler character named Kaori Daikoku. Genma promised Kaori’s dad that Ranma would marry her. Kaori made a deal with Akane. If she beats her in the Martial Arts Takeout, she will have Ranma. Short story: Akane wins the race by crossing the finish line.
Idk why studio deen decided to change things for this adaptation?
She’s like: Yeah I won 😑 yippee
Even in Kuno’s delusional dream Ranma and Akane still kicks Kuno in the face 😂😂😂.
In original anime there are many characters which doesn't exist in manga
